Style Lounge is a Digital Marketing Agency providing account creation, consultation & services for use with our partners. This Terms of Service is set forth as principles of our working process. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and are obligated to comply with them. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Use Agreement
TikTok Ads Services
You agree to comply with all TikTok advertising policies and guidelines. You acknowledge that Style Lounge will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your ad campaigns comply with TikTok Advertising Policies – Ad Creatives & Landing Pages and TikTok Advertising Policies – Industry Entry but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.
Minimum top-up requirements
For first time client, the first payment to topup has to be at least $10.
Eligibility for balance transfers

Google Ads Services
Minimum top-up requirements
- The mandatory minimum top-up for an eligible new account creation order is $10; therefore, $10 cannot be utilised to establish multiple accounts simultaneously;
- This policy is additionally implemented for orders to create new accounts using transferred balances from prior accounts;
- New account creation orders using inefficiently transferred balances are disqualified with no exception;
- Under no circumstances will we accept orders to create new accounts beginning with $0.
Account Creation Limits
The implementation of a new account creation quota serves the dual purpose of resource optimisation and account condition enhancement for our Google Partner MCC. Different client tiers determine the following quotas:

Account Order Specification
The inability to meet any of these requirements precludes the creation of a new account.

Service Fee
The Service Fee shall be determined on a NET basis. The Client shall be solely responsible for declaring, fully paying, and bearing all taxes, duties, levies, and any other financial obligations (if any) in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Client resides or where the tax liability arises.
Disputes
If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with Style Lounge first not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with us.

Termination & Refunds
We reserve the right to deny processing or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined or we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Style Lounge deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Your rights under this Agreement are subjected to termination if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Style Lounge can revoke your access to the advertising accounts and deny a refund.
